Room 5: Aroha 5 end of year celebration 2018!!!

Today Aroha 5 had an amazing memorable end of year celebration 2018!!! 

We were totally showered with so much love.  Feeling the festive season surrounded with so much  presents,  delicious food,  playing fun games,  dancing singing you name it. 

Thank you to our  Samoan Tongan Santa Claus and Mrs Santa (Ephraim's parents) for your valuable time...

We totally appreciate you both,  along with our little Elfs Jada and Asovalu from our buddy class room 20 for the amazing Xmas set up. 

  The look on our children's faces was PRICELESS!!!

Thank you to all our Aroha 5 families for the shared kai and making this beautiful day a special day for our tamariki ma.

Today Whaea Natalie ( Eliki's mother) surprised Aroha 5 with a special taonga.  

Each taonga had child's first initial letter of their name embroidered onto the front. 

Feeling so excited they showed their PRIDE VALUES and quickly placed their taonga onto their bags. What a great way to symbolise our AROHA 5 whanau for 2018!

Feeling so blessed to have such a lovely caring parent who's alway supports their children's learning and engages with school celebrations... 

You rock Whaea Natalie and your awesome family. Thank you all for being part of our amazing learning journey this year!

Room 5: Week 8 Prize giving celebration time!

It is week 8 and it is celebration time! Wahoo!

 Starting with Aroha five having fun developing on their fine motor skills and engaging with each other while creating their very own reindeer head pieces using a range of Christmas decorations. 

Not to forget listening and singing along to the Christmas waiata " Jingle Bells Kiwi style" 

They surely felt that Xmas spirit in preparation for the special day "Prize giving 2018"
